Mega Party

Well Mega Man 9 has hit Wiiware. Gotta hurry up with this entry so I can go back to playing it!

-Someone has ripped the contents from the elusive MM9 Press Disc. Nothing amazing, but a sizeable collection of wallpapers and artwork

-Also, there's a list of upcoming DLC for MM9. Mostly just Super Hard game modes it seems.

Something new for Chrono Trigger DS regarding the new Dungeons (yes plural). Also it looks like they'll be a Monster Battling mode ala Dragon Quest.

-Official Site for KOFXII. They also have a streaming trailer. Catchy music, but the poor resolution typical of SNK trailers really doesn't show how beautiful the game is in motion, I'd check the loktest videos from my last entry.

I heard that around 60,000 people downloaded Mega Man 9 on Monday alone. It's a great "new retro" game, so it's nice to see that it's getting some strong support.

By the way, Cain Highwind, do you have a PS3 and Xbox 360 to go along with your Wii? If you don't, I think you should take a look at this Stacker 2 contest going on right now where you can win the system of your choice. All you have to do to enter is design a 6 Hour Power t-shirt (which is surprisingly easy to do online), and right now there are less than 375 entrants. For contest details, go here: http://www.brickfish.com/Entertainment/Stacker2?tab=overview

By the way, I hope you don't mind me commenting on your blog. I work with 6HP so feel free to ask me any questions you might have about the contest or the drink itself. If you enter, definitely let me know and I'll vote for your design to help your chances. Good luck.

No I'm honored, I only feel bad that I really can't think of anything to contribute. Thanks

Oh and I own a PS3, no 360 though.

No problem, Cain. Would you be interested in making a post about the contest? I imagine there are some readers of your blog who also don't have both systems yet that might want to try their shot at it. I'd be happy to send more info and materials for a post if you'd like. Thanks.
