Lazy and Unmotivated HO!

Sorry about the lack of DeviantArt Saturday and lack of entries on Monday and Tuesday, I've just felt rather unmotivated. I guess I'd feel more comfortable if I didn't try pushing myself to have perfect daily entries. Don't get me wrong though, I still plan on updating this blog way more frequently than my Social blog on Myspace. There really hasn't been any OMG finds or ZOMG MEGATON news lately.

As for DAS, I have an update nearly ready, it's just that both Saturday and Sunday are both busy workdays, and when I get home, I just don't feel like doing more work. Not that it matters much, since I'm sure there aren't a whole ton of people reading this anyway.

Now some stuff from Go Nintendo:

-A blurb about Kirby Super Star DS's extra games.
-Famitsu Review Scores. Nothing really interesting, but I had to mention that SNK's Witch Touching Sim, Doki Doki Majou Shinpan 2 received a 30, which is the highest score they've EVER gotten.
-Siliconera posted that S-E has trademarked "Chrono Trigger: Echoes of Time". Some may think it's possible they're preparing a sequel. Or it could (and most likely) just be a subtitle for the DS port. On one hand, it has to be the latter because if they made a sequel, it would be Chrono _____. On the other hand, maybe S-E knows of CT's rabid fanbase and their disappointment with CC and are calling it CT to appeal to those fans (and to show more of a connection between the DS game and the new game). Siliconera also points out, that S-E did a similar strategy with the Valkerie Profile series. They made an enhanced port and released a sequel soon after. Who knows?
-A couple of subbed trailers for Captain Rainbow, a new Wii game from Nintendo by the same team as Chibi-Robo (never played it I'm afraid). It looks REALLY bizarre in a Katamari meets Warioware kind of way. Also has old school Nintendo characters. Trailers here and here.

I haven't been keeping up on reporting what "The Nerd" (James Rolfe) has been doing lately. I could link a bunch of individual videos, but I'll do something a little broader. He has an account on Spike.com now where his latest "project" the Batathon, a series of Batman Movie reviews is up. And speaking of Superheroes, he's done reviews for Superman games and Batman games located at Gametrailers. I really admire that he can be hilarious and silly for his AVGN videos, but be a serious and enjoyable movie critic at the same time.

Done yet? Nope!

-A funny flash theme about a couple guys singing FF6 music acapella.

-And finally, I have a couple new Nico Video finds. The SSBB Leekspin and a Shadow of the Collossus Caramelldansen.
