TGS: Something for Everyone

Sorry about the lateness of THIS post. You see I had this update ready since last night, I just wanted to add some more (possibly new news in the morning and then post it), but my internet was down all day today. TGS is in full swing. Let me hand it over to duckroll at NeoGAF for keeping an updating list of all companies.

-No More Heroes 2 Teaser (still gotta beat the first one)

-New SFIV Trailer. Nothing all TOO new. But it does show a little of Dan and the recently confirmed Sakura. Looks and sounds AWESOME though. IGN also has some GORGOUS character trailers up for Akuma and Sakura. Youtube'd if you're interested.

Some small bits of KoF 2002 Unlimited Match. Here and here. Shows a new original character being made for the game. I'm betting it's a redesigned K9999.

-1up has some "720p" shots of KoF XII. Also, Gamevideos has some beautiful, clear footage in action.

-Classic Roll and Jun/Princess from Gatchaman/Battle of the Planets confirmed for TvC.

-Mega Man III gets some more, even funnier lyrics.

-New trailer, and footage of the BEAUTIFUL 2D Slasher Muramasa and the Demon Blade for Wii.

-While there was a new Closed Theater trailer for Dissidia, there was an "art leak" for all the characters, Terra included.

We're on the cruise..

Sorry for the lack of posts, I've been in kind of a lazy, gaming slump playing Uncharted (just beat it on Crushed and earned a Platinum trophy!) and Mega Man 9. TGS is later this week and I'll be all over that, don't worry.

-There's a new One Piece Opening currently airing on Japanese TV (caution: spoilers). Depending on how you count it's either the 9th or 10th. But it's essentially a 10th Anniversary opening. And no surprise, it's a brand new rendition of We Are. There's been a ton of mixed feelings over it, I like it though. There's also a fan-edited version featuring a "classic" short length, and I have to say I like it even better!

-Cyberfanatix has posted a whole ton of KoF XII related stuff on their site including AM Show scans and two new VERY REVEALING interviews. There's no real way I can direct link, so get it while it's hot. But I can link to the original translated interviews done by Iggy of MMCafe here and here.

-I was talking about Uncharted (I also mentioned the sequel in development in a recent post) Well, they're making a movie. Not much on it yet, other than Avi Arad (former Marvel Comics Media guy responsible for a lot of their "adaptations") is going to produce. Assuming they dont get someone like Uwe Boll, this could infact be a good movie!

-Be sure to check my Youtube page for some of my latest. I have too much to link to indivually but I have a cool Rockman tribute, some Japanese Spaceballs, and Obama in Anime.

Stop the Presses!

-There was a Nintendo Press Conference the other night in Japan. GoNintendo has a got a great summary here. Highlights include a new DS (with tons of new features like internal storage for downloadable "DS-ware" like Wii) and a ton of new Exclusives including Sin and Punishment 2 (!!!) and Punch Out. It's also confirmed that several GC titles will be ported to Wii (basically Wii-specific versions with 16:9, 480p and Wiimote support). Titles include: Pikmin, Mario Tennis, DK Jungle Beat, Chibi Robo and the two GC Metroid games.

-Uncharted 2, the sequel to THE must own PS3 game, is confirmed in development.

-New Parody Rangers Flash Animation by Kirbopher on Newgrounds. Also, Alvin Earthworm's latest episode for his Sprite Animation epic SMBZ. Alvin says it won't be nearly as long a wait for Episode 8. I hope he means it.

This post brought to you by...

I actually got a comment from a guy on this here blog the other day. And he was pointing me toward a T-Shirt design contest for 6 Hour Power. I really don't care for the drink, nor do I have any solid ideas for a good T-Shirt, but if you like free stuff, and are DESPERATE for either a 360 or PS3. Check it out! I owe the guy who took the time to read my blog.

-Newgrounds user "Daniel Sun" has concluded his melancholy epic Power Star series about an Evil, Possessed Mario with Power Star 4. Amazing animation and audio, but damn I dunno why there are people who feel the need to make things as dark as possible. It's good, I just don't agree with the whole idea and ending (you'll understand when you see it)

-Capcom USA has posted a mysterious webcam image, showing TvC. Even stranger is that there's a Phoenix Wright plushie pointing to it. Coincidence, or a cheap tease that he's in the game? Either way, since this IS the Capcom USA site, maybe it could also be a tease that we're getting the game after all.

Latest findings include a new One Piece Nico Medley (with Omake) as well as some new SCIV Creation Videos here and here.

Also got a nice little Godot Coffee tribute and a Mega Man Piano Medley by TAM.

Wario Breaks Youtube

-Wario officially breaks Youtube in this clever advertisement.

-Someone has made an AMV out of Hyadain's Silbard (from Chrono Trigger) song and has included his own subtitled translation.

-The "Big Phoenix Wright Announcement" Capcom said was coming? Well turns out it's the announcement of a musical. Not a bad idea, but what's with the idea of casting everyone as female?

-Final Fantasy IV: The After (the Japanese Mobile Phone sequel) MAY be coming out in the US after all. There's been tons of speculation including the DS (not too surprising since SNK has done that with their Mobile Phone games) or Wiiware Chapter releases (not too likely, since I think a game meant on a small screen would look awful on a big screen).

-A meme I'm a little late to, but YT User RandomDCE has started a craze called "Powers better than Heart" based off Captain Planet where the Paneteers recite their powers and the last one, originally Mati's "Heart" is replaced by a totally and completely random clip. Some are better than others, be sure to check out some of the Video Responses/Related Videos.

Mega Party

Well Mega Man 9 has hit Wiiware. Gotta hurry up with this entry so I can go back to playing it!

-Someone has ripped the contents from the elusive MM9 Press Disc. Nothing amazing, but a sizeable collection of wallpapers and artwork

-Also, there's a list of upcoming DLC for MM9. Mostly just Super Hard game modes it seems.

Something new for Chrono Trigger DS regarding the new Dungeons (yes plural). Also it looks like they'll be a Monster Battling mode ala Dragon Quest.

-Official Site for KOFXII. They also have a streaming trailer. Catchy music, but the poor resolution typical of SNK trailers really doesn't show how beautiful the game is in motion, I'd check the loktest videos from my last entry.

Mega Homecoming

-Protoman confirmed as a 2 dollar addon for Megaman 9. It's also been confirmed the game will release this Monday on VC. Good thing I've been brushing up on my MM2 via the recent VC release.

-New Tatsunoko vs Capcom trailer. (Cam)

-New video for KoF XII! Also a couple of small vids captured including Leona and her sexy new outfit. An Athena vs Ash vid. Also here's an Athena vs Kim+Benimaru. Check out Athena's bautiful Shining Crystal Bits effects at the 1:57 mark.

-The Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories Remake for PS2 WILL be released in America on December 2nd. Word is it'll also be budget priced at 19.99.

2-Delight

-The AM Show is currently underway, and screens from the beautiful KoF XII are starting to surface. Current roster shown is : Kyo, Ash, Shen, Ryo, Benimaru, Athena, Ralf, Leona (in a sexy new outfit), Kim, Robert, and Terry. Iori is also shown on a promo poster.

-New FF Dissidia scans show more Cecil and Golbez. Also shows that Onion Knight's outfit is indeed Luneth from FFIII DS.

-Tatsunoko vs Capcom for the Wii confirmed. The Japanese article also apparently mentions it'll have a new exclusive character, a genie from an old Tatsunoko series, Mini Games, and Tatsunoko-produced endings (similar to Studio 4C doing the endings for SF4.

Monday, September 15, 2008

Back again!

-The biggest story while I was gone were two new characters announced for Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Karas from the surprisingly recent work of Tatsunoko and a Lost Planet Mecha. Some loketest vids have also popped up. The best I'd have to say are here, here, here, here and here.

-New Hyadain song here. It's a delicious acapella remix of the Ancient Library theme from Final Fantasy V.

-From the same guy who brought you MM3 With Lyrics, comes MM2 Dr. Wily's Stage with Lyrics. Or as some people put it, it's Okkusenman with more MM-based lyrics.

-Here's some screens and art from Dragonball DS (going to be released over here as DBZ Origins). I've actually heard some good things about the game, and may be worth checking out.

-Funny little Wind Waker animation here.

An offering

I'll be heading to Las Vegas for the next few days. With my currant rate of updating, I don't think there's going to be much of a difference.

-There was some talk of Chrono Trigger being pushed back to next year, it's now back on track, even Amazon has the right date again.

-Golbez and Cecil revealed for Dissidia. Also a comment on Siliconera points out that the article says Paladin Cecil is well balanced and great for aerial combat, while DK Cecil is better for Ground Attacks and has better defense. It seems like he's Dissidia's equivelent to Sheik.

-Burger King has set up a Youtube Page and is releasing weekly shorts created by Seth McFarlane (Family Guy). They're the same idea as FG's "Gag Clips" if they were released by themselves. So far, they have one with Mario and a Dog on $25,000 Pyramid (the funnier one IMHO)

Nico Finds:

-A Faris Caipirinha dance. Not the most impressive, but it's Faris, and done by the same Nico user who did all those other Faris parodies.

-A One Piece MAD based off the Girls High Anime.

-An impressively hand drawn FFVII Dance Video using a Japanese version of Hey Mickey and the Full House theme (???), how odd in a Japanese video.

Late Obligation

Sorry for the lack of news, I had no ideas for a DAS, and I've been busy with things (surprise surprise) Here's a strong Monday update.

-New Rabbids commercial spoofing Big Brother.

-New Dissidia trailer showcasing Kefka and other less important things. (Link also has subs)

-Interesting little Inafune interview regarding Megaman here.

-Some new CT screens that actually show the DS version in action and how the 2 screens will be used. A must see!

-If you've got some time on your hands, check out ANN's "The Dubs that Time Forgot" A really interesting video showcasing some REALLY obscure English dubs for Anime. Part 2 has an intriguing Urusei Yatsura dub done in the UK that resembles Funimation's Shin-Chan dub.

And now my latest Video finds:

-Classic Iron Man in Japanese

-Why so Serious, Paffendorf?

-DBZ Paffendorf

-FFV in SCIV.

-A Brawl+Ouran High School Host Club parody MAD

-Little Little Princess Peach

And some noteworthy new favorites:

-Vic Mignogna's "official" WoW commercial (thanks Kelsey)

-Obscure Square Tech Demo: Chocobo de Battle.

-A catchy Super Smash Brothers Melee remix.

-Hyadain's Royal Straight Flush has been Subbed in English! It uses YT's new Caption system, you have to click the icon in the bottom right corner of the video to activate the subs.

I'm not a dentist

First of all, Mario RPG is now available on the US Virtual Console. So if you have a Wii there's no excuse :p

-Hyadain has a great new Metal Man remix. Probably his best yet!

-The new trailer concerning Rock Volnutt and Doronjo is now out in better quality. And check this out, speaking of Doronjo, maybe Speed Racer will be in the game. Of course this'll make the gameeven MORE unlikely to show up in the US.

-New AVGN with Battletoads.

DeviantArt Saturday: Oh.. FREAKOUT!

So I just got Freakazoid on DVD not too long ago. I believe I mentioned that before. I then had the sudden random thought (you know, I've never actually tried looking up Freakazoid fanart), and boy what a haul I found. I'm amazed that Freakazoid really DOES have quite the cult fanbase. I mean it's nothing new to see various references here or there, but man, I tell you, I was digging through Deviantart with such glee. Picking around just 5 (to make it easy for me to type out, but at the same time, challenge myself into finding the best possible) was hard.

I'm going to start off with a real bang here:

Here's various entries drawn by Udon artist Jeffrey Cruz (individual pics clickable). He also made an AMAZING little comic entry for ComicCon. I can actually see Paul Rugg voicing this scene. Also check out this "movie poster" he did back in 2005. I find the really fat lips kinda freaky, but boy can I imagine a Freakazoid movie. This counts as one entry BTW :p

One thing I was surprised at in my Freaky Art search, was just how damn popular Candlejack was, there's actually qu

...

Okay back, see apparently there's this a popular internet meme that's really starting to fire up where people will cut off their posts simply by saying his name. Because of this, he has quite a selection of art available on DA. It was rather surprising.

Of course, just because this is a "Freakazoid" entry, doesn't mean I'm sticking with just the titular character. Next to big man himself, there's freakin' Cosgrove. Seriously, the man takes crap from NO ONE! I was sad to see him not as popular as I would've liked. I did see this though.

I say "Good for Me" a lot. And I think that phrase is unique to this series. So yeah. This explains things a bit better.

Not only could I imagine Paul Rugg saying this, but I could GUARANTEE YOU, that if Freakazoid was still on the air, they'd have a full fledged Naruto parody somewhere with Freakazoid running around tormenting the Naruto cast. BELIEVE IT!

Final verdict: Like I said Freakazoid art is good stuff. Granted a large portion consisted of doodles and not some of the stuff here. But there's no disturbing imagery either. I had a TON of images I had to narrow down. Nothing but good stuff for the freak.

Wii can hack

-Forgot to mention this last night, but here's a video showcasing a new Wii Homebrew app called "Ocarina", which basically works like a Gameshark and allows you to load custom cheats into Wii games. Most of the stuff is for Brawl, but there's some Wii Sports and Mario Kart there too.

-New gameplay footage from Dissidia. Tidus vs Jecht. Youtube or Official Site

Shiny Fighter Goodness

-More SCIV Character Creations. UGO has a top 50 list here.

-Dangeki has posted 3 new screenshots from KoF XII and it's looking GORGEOUS! You can also make out some returning characters like Strawberrry Blonde Mullet Ryo, Ralf, and Robert.

-BREAKING! Square-Enix to swallow Tecmo. Wonder if Dead Fantasy will become a Dead Reality (lolz see wht I did thar?)

-Interesting news for my New Zealand friends. Nintendo to strengthen their presense in NZ.

Freebie

-Courtesy of Lifehacker, Yahoo Finance has an article up on the best freebies around. Not so much software, but a variety of stuff from Free 411 to Free Public Transportation. Worth a quick read.

-So as I'm typing this, the PS3 Lightning Sale is going on Amazon. I just heard about this site, which seems to get the insider word on Lightning Deals before they're revealed. They also have a streamlined list of all Amazon's big deals. Definitely worth a Bookmark!

-Interesting Mario Flash movie from newcomer "Basil-Ovelby". It takes the koopas and other nonhuman Mario characters and personifies them into Human Anime characters. Definitely worth a look (cool music is used too)

-I kept forgetting to post this. It's a trailer for an upcoming DS game called "Kumatanchi" an adorable little "pet" sim ala Nintendogs. Except instead of dogs you raise a cute little Anime "Bear girl" (Kuma means bear). It's got some AMAZING 2D graphics, and just looks overwhelmingly cute (in a good way).

Tuesday, August 26, 2008

THIS IS INCREDIBLE!

-Hilarious Megaman Flash movie here.

-Found some Japanese Cartoon Network videos here and here. The latter is interesting as I'm not quite sure if it ever aired here in America or not. It's pretty cool, regardless.

-More Soulcalibur IV Custom Character Videos: FF6, FFT, and both FF6 and FFT all done by the same user.

Monday, August 25, 2008

And starting in...

Sorry, I just wasn't feeling good on Saturday for the DAS update, I'll finish it during the week and post it next Saturday.

-Kotaku reports that Amazon is having a series of PS3 sales starting Wednesday at Midnight (End of Tuesday) and all through out the day. I just got Dragon Quest Swords for a mere 16 bucks on a previous lightning deal, so I'm sure you'll find some worthwhile deals here. I know I'll be keeping an eye out.

-Iron Man and Wolvering getting their own Anime series (together?) done by Madhouse in 2010. There'll apparently be three other Marvel based Anime series comign after. ANN has the scoop!

-Hyadain has his original Ganbare Goemon video back up with new artwork. Apparently, from what I can tell, the original was taken off due to some kind of art dispute which has now been resolved. Speaking of Hyadain, someone finally made a solid English sub of QUICK! with their own animation attached.

-Found a freeware program if anyone's interested. Let's you split large AVIs into pieces or pulls out a clip.

Getting into Saturday

Yeah sorry for the lack of updates, had some unexpected and long work days. I do have a couple interesting things and I have a DAS update for tomorrow, don't worry.:

-New characters confirmed for Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Megaman Trigger and Doranjo is confirmed: You can see some new cam vids of a new trailer and a new match with MM. You'll notice the trailer has some sweet Anime footage. Not surprsing since Tatsunoko is an Anime studio. Oh and a little bonus. Doronjo seems like quite the *interesting* character. Seriosuly I was doing some research, seeing some veteran Anime fans talking about it. Doronjo was pretty much THE character that started the "bumbling trio" bit in Anime (like the well known Team Rocket) I'm really interested in finding out more about Tatsunoko's history by playing this game.

-I have to say I'm not really interested in MK vs DC, the game looks REALLY "blah". I mean what were you thinking DC? But I have to say Midway made Joker AWESOME.

-G4 has an exclusive series going with a "Mockumentary" on the development of Strong Bad's video game. Good stuff! Episode 1 is up now.

-True to Ubisoft, they have a new Rabbids promotion for Leipzig (the third done for the Game Convention if you're counting)

Finally, no pun intended, here's a new gameplay video (no trailer) for FF Dissidia featuring FF3 Luneth/Onion knight Pwnage. It's worth noting, it was confirmed that O.K.'s voice is Jun Fukuyama who also voiced Roy in SSB: Melee.

Wednesday, August 20, 2008

For lack of a better title...

-Sony has revealed a new snap-on Keyboard for the PS3 controller.

-New Fullmetal Alchemist Anime confirmed.

-Awesome Flash Funnyman Egoraptor is out with a new Awesome Animation based off Trauma Center. Never played the game, so I'm really missing the jokes. Still worth watching though.

Monday, August 18, 2008

CAUTION! This blog is made by.... MAN!

-Hyadain has a new song out. It's a classic Anime medley. It's the source of today's Blog title.

-Well, no pics yet, but apparently Megaman Trigger/Volnutt from the awesome Legends series is confirmed for Tatsunoko vs Capcom along with Doronjo from Yatterman.

-Square released a Press Release announcing a November 25th Release Date for Chrono Trigger. The PR says stuff about multiple dungeons (plural) and an Arena mode.

A recent Famitsu Issue covers Square's special event, and Neo-GAF has the scoop. While Jeuxfrance has the scans here, here, and here. SO far, it seems SOLELY based on FFXIII, nothing on Dissidia or KH :(

-Here's my latest Nico findings: A Sailor Moon Meets FF5 parody MAD, an Evangelion meets DBZ MAD, and a new Mario Caramelldansen.

DeviantArt Saturday: Godot-ing All Out

To show that last week wasn't a fluke, here's a guy I've wanted to profile ever since I beat PW3 or PW T+T however you prefer. Godot is simply one of the best video gaming characters to come out EVER. Sure, part of it is fanboy bias. Sure, he might not have the kind of superpowers that can defeat Sephiroth. But Godot has a deep personality with a commanding presence. If you could manifest Godot's sheer awesomeness, quotable dialog, and wit into a beam, he'd surely be able to take down the mightiest of characters.

Also he has an incredible theme. It sounds great in game with the DS Hardware, but check out the Official Orchestral Version.

That my friends, is top-tier CLASSY.

So to start things off, I'll deviate (no pun intended) with an awesome fan made wallpaper from signature PW Fansite Court-Records.

Okay, now for some artwork! Let's start off with a piece that highlights one of Godot's best phrases and traits, his love for coffee.

Godot by Arkillian
Okay so with the text bubble and solid color, you get an American Comic Book version of Godot. Hair's a little short, but it works. Speaking of comic books. With the talk about a new Marvel vs Capcom coming out, many fans are clamoring for some PW representation. What BETTER character than Godot to beat the ever living crap out of Scott Summers. My sister, a big X-Men fan, was shocked when I said that Godot is the "Anti-Cyclops". "Such a character CAN'T EXIST," she says. Believe it, it exists, and his name is Godot. Honestly, aside from being a pansy superhero, I don't much get the hate, but I do know Godot has the kind of soul, Cyclops WISHED he had.

And speaking of which...

Cyclodot by pdonkeh

I know there was some other Godot/Cyclops pics I came across, but I forgot to save them, and I couldn't find them again. But yeah a realistic Godot as an X-Men, totally awesome. Still don't know he'd fight against other Marvel characters, but who cares?

Hmmm... Tempting by Hellsive13

Here's another example of why I'm a hypocrite. I HATE fetish artwork because it's badly drawn and just serves the purpose of inanely satisfying a bizarre fetish. However, if it's HUMOROUS, I tend to enjoy it quite a bit. And here's something that's just that.

It's Saturday Godot by Psuedo Machine

On one hand I like this piece. It's drawn and colored superbly, with a true to character sneer, but something about his head seemed... off.... Maybe it's shaped funny to me, I dunno. Still worth posting though.

Phoenix Wright: Godot's Power by Yuuhiko

Another one that makes me giggle. Simple, but funny. Just look at Maya's look of admiration

Final Verdict: I found that you really can't go wrong with Godot artwork. Lots of good stuff that I probably should've posted but stopped myself before this entry got too large. The only disturbing material I found was some irksome Godot X Phoenix yaoi (With Female characters it's always about Fat Expansion Fetish pics, while for the Males it's Yaoi)

I also included some light spoiler artwork, better saved for people who have played the game already.

YouTubular

So I finally made a video of myself. If you happen to be coming here because of my video, WELCOME!

-Believe it or not, I really don't care much for SoulCalibur. However I've been really interested in the various Character Creation videos sprouting up on Nico Video. Here's FFVII, FFVI, and Samurai Shodown Parts 1, 2, and 3. Also FANSERVICE.

-Akuma in SF4.

-New Screens and Art for Mega Man 9. Nothing really "new" here, but it does show an extra screen of Dr. Light going to Jail in the story intro.

-A Japanese Arcade site is listing Tatsunoko vs Capcom for a "Wii-Compatible" Release.

-Funny news video of a guy stealing a PS3 to "save his family"

-Kappei Yamaguchi performing the Sogeking Theme live at Otakon. I swear, it's probably my favorite superhero song next to the Freakazoid theme (which is out on DVD now BTW)

-An interesting idea by a Deviantart user called "Domus Facina" (Latin for House of Villians so he says). A newly launched "web comic" featuring the FF Villains under one roof. Looks very promising.

Monday, August 11, 2008

Starting off Monday Strong

-Just neat to note, Strong Bad has been released for Wiiware today.

-New Sonic Shorts (Volume 4) Funny stuff!

-IGN has a few new screens and art for Megaman 9 showcasing a couple of the new baddies.

DeviantArt Sunday: Overdue KOF Triple Header Edition

So yeah here's a LONG overdue edition of DAS (and on Sunday where the acronym still fits too!) I was originally planning to do Shingo Yabuki from King of Fighters, but I thought, in true KoF fashion I'd make a 3-man team of my favorite KoF characters in one sitting. So it's like 3 weeks in one.

Kula:

From Left to Right (click pictures for links)

Kula D. by Artgerm, colored by shiinkit
Kula Diamond by xiaomiaosfarm
Kula fanart colored by JamesJAB
King of Fighters Redux: Kula by digital ninja

Verdict: Sadly, there's not a whole ton of Kula art (mostly banners or traced pictures using existing, official artwork, I only found one disturbing fetish picture, that's all.

Shingo:

Unknown, found and uploaded to Deviant art by g-lo
Shingo Yabuki by Animenifestor
Miles Yabuki by orochifinikusu
King of Victory Dance Shingo by bhgeorge

Verdict: Same as Kula. Even though the first one is apparently just a Google Image they found, I still found it worth posting. "Sit, Iori, Sit. Good dog!" Plus I thought the Tails art as good as it just seemed strangely fitting. It's a good look for you, Tails!

B. Jenet:

B. Jenet by da-G3
Purr matey by Evergreen Leaves
B Janet Drawn by Elengwat colored by diurasc
B. Janet by louten
Bonne Jenet by DrStein

Verdict: There's actually a nice selection of stuff here. Way more I could've posted and way more than the other two. And that cosplayer is all sorts of sexy awesomeness. I guess it depends on how you search. I found the "safest" search term to use is "B. Jenet". "Bonne Jenet" gets you a few new pieces of both good, and freaky (insanely bulging muscles fetish)

And yeah, I already have a character in mind for next week. Stay tuned, and if you're reading this, send me a line to who you want to see!

FANSERVICE!

Sorry I didn't get to the update last night, too busy setting up my Olympic schedule with my DVR.

-Speaking of Olympics, Ubisoft has released some new Olympic-themed Rabbids promotions here and here.

-Slobsofgaming.com presents "The 29 Most Ridculously Hot Female Fighters" It's actually a good list. GO JENET! Speaking of the site, they also had a list of the "Hottest Gaming Cosplayers" a while back, but I forgot to post it since I was in New Zealand. Another I missed was Gameradar's Sexy Cosplay Gallery. And while we're in a fanservice-y mood, how about Game Radar's "Sexy Gaming Fanart Gallery".

-Hilarious Brawl parody vid using stand-up comedy audio over original flash animation. I KNOW I've heard that guy before, just can't remember.

Thursday, August 7, 2008

Nothing much here folks, move along

New scans for the Kingdom Hearts games. DS and PSP.

-Also new scan of Dissidia showing off Onion Knight's (FFIII) transformations. Sadly, no Kefka images yet.

-Toon Dinsey to become Disney XD. A more action oriented channel to try and hook the young male market.

Tuesday, August 5, 2008

Backing Out

-No no, I'm not stopping the updates (and I PROMISE I'll have a DAS update at the end of the week). But no, my two Brawl caramelldansen vids are gone. One I removed myself, the other forcibly removed. I was going to try and fight the Swedish Record company with a Counter Claim, but after doing some research and considering how large a scale an international debate would ensue, I figured one little video wasn't worth it. If anyone reading this really wants those videos, let me know, I can send them to ya.

-More Convenience Store Videos: MML, Starscream, Yuna, and Cloud.

-Found a One Piece Stage Video (Part One and Two). It's from 2005 and uses stage actors (Nami is said to be Oda's wife) dubbed over by the Anime voice actors. Even though it's in Japanese and not subbed, pretty fun watch as it's a very elaborate production.

-Interesting find over at the Chrono Compendium featuring a hacked Pit to look like Serge from Chrono Cross.

-Speaking of Chrono, found a Japanese sound designer who likes to make game remixes. I originally found his stuff on Nico Video, but he does have a Youtube page, and I convinced him to upload his very interesting Chrono Trigger Battle Mashup.

TV Shows and Stuff

-For the Joss Whedon fans, Firefly on Bluray will have everything the DVDs had plus two new commentaries and a new cast reunion special.

-Interesting screens and art here for a Japanese 24 (yes the TV show) Pachislot game.

-Possible Phoenix Wright Anime in the works? We'll find out September 23rd.

-I don't have any solid links, unless you want to check out a NeoGAF forum thread. But Square had their little event announcing a whole ton of stuff. Well i'll just copy the highlights from there:

- The 3rd Birthday [Parasite Eve Sequel originally announced for mobile phones] will be on the PSP as well. Nomura's team will be working on it. FUCK YES!
- The Dissidia special download contents at the event is a Dissidia PSP Custom Theme.
- KINGDOM HEARTS coded (mobile) has a release window of Winter 2008.
- The FFXIII demo will be included in FFVIIACC, as will trailers for VersusXIII and AgitoXIII: http://www.famitsu.com/game/news/1217141_1124.html
- There will also be a FFVIIACC PS3 bundle. The release will be in March 2009.
- FF AgitoXIII [the one annonced for Mobile Phones] will also be released on the PSP, no release window. The 3rd Birthday PSP will be out in 2009.
- FF VersusXIII's trailer says "Playstation3 only Worldwide".
- Dissidia PSP bundle confirmed. Release date will be in Dec 2008.
- KH DS is "this winter" without the 2008, so maybe early 2009.
- KH PSP is 2009.
- VersusXIII with have a fashion collaboration with the ROEN fashion branding. The characters in the game will all be wearing ROEN fashion designs. Expensive taste!

Trailer news:

- Apparently Exdeath, Golbez, Kefka and Sephiroth are all part of the new Dissidia trailer [Note: People are saying Locke was confirmed, but just like Warrior of Light being confused for Cecil, Locke is simply being confused for Firion, the FF2 hero]
- The No.14 in KH DS is called Shion (Xion?) and looks like Kairi.
- Aqua in KH PSP is apparently voiced by Megumi Toyoguchi.

-With SoulCalibur IV out, the biggest praise has been the character creator. Here are a couple forum threads showcasing people's creations here and here.

Time Leap (in the wrong direction)

Sorry for the lateness. Here's some Nico Video finds to make up for it.

-Japanese Fanartist DNA, best known for his/her Okkusenman animation has made a really cool little tribute to Seiken Densetsu 3. They also worked with Hyadain to make a couple of fake SD3 DS commercials here and here.

-New Rydia fanart slideshow. I love the character.

-The Paffendorf, the latest Japanese meme has really started to take off. There are two versions. One with just the character dancing. Like this Ike video here. And there's another version that edits animation from Lucky Star and contains LS samples mixed in with the song like this one with Shanks and this one for Kingdom Hearts II.

-A cute little dance video with Roy, Marth, and Ike.

-I FINALLY translated those weird Convenience Store videos with the help of another YT user. I've got three up today including one of Marth Goes to the Convenience Store (SSBB), K' Goes to The Convenience Store (English Subbed) (KOF), and a Megaman Legends one that is STILL processing (I uploaded it a good hour and half ago as I'm typing this).

-New official US Trailer for The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Looks like Ocean Studios is handling dubbing duties. Sounding good and on par with the Japanese version. ANN has updated their encyclopedia page accordingly. This is a FANTASTIC Anime movie BTW.

-New FF: Dissidia scans show some representation from Final Fantasy III. Though sorry DS fans, it's seems they've passed on using Luneth or any of the original DS characters. Instead opting for the old school Onion Knight and Cloud of Darkness. Wow, that's one sexy cloud.

A super late entrance with a super megaton.

-The biggest announcement seems to come to Marvel, where they practically confirm that a new Marvel vs Capcom is coming "...sooner than we think."

-Also, speaking of superhero crossovers. Some new characters confirmed for MK vs DC. Captain Marvel and Liu Kang was announced at E3. Joker and Jax were announced this week at ComicCon. IGN has a wicked render of how Joker will appear in the game.

-Found a video on Nico highlighting the most Skillfully Satisfying Supers in fighting games. As I understand it, it's not necessarily the best or flashiest, just the ones that are hard to pull of and most satisfying to pull off in a real competitive fight.

I've made a forum post detailing some of my freeware picks. It's a small start, I plan on doing more eventually. I'll go ahead and just copy it here:

Irfanview:
http://www.irfanview.com/
Irfanview is to Windows Image Viewer like Firefox is to Internet Explorer. Have Photoshop, but HATE to open it when all you need is a quick crop or resizing? Irfanview is right up your alley. It's lightweight (opens incredibly fast) with a TON of image editing features, Batch converter, and a plugin system that allows it to do practically anything (although right now, it's mostly just for allowing it to open virtually any file. By no means a Photshop replacement, just a great Image viewer and editor. A lot of Manga fans will also tell you it works great for a Manga viewer as you can basically cycle through all the "pages" in a full screen browser mode.

1Click Youtube Downloader
http://www.eurekr.com/
There are TONS of Youtube Downloaders out there, some even cost money. I've tried several. But this is the BEST and it's FREE. This recent version also has the ability to save HQ videos. You can download a variety of ways. Whether it's a single video, All you favorites, or all of one user's videos. UNLIKE a lot of other Youtube Downloaders, 1click, will name the file for you and organize it in appropriate folders. You can also change the output file to AVI, MP4s, whatever you like! Only downside is that it's essentially a clone of Internet Explorer in its interface.

AoA DVD Ripper
http://www.aoamedia.com/dvd_ripper.htm
This is a Shareware DVD Ripper. It's simple, straightforward, and easy to use. The limitations of this "trial" is simply a 10 minute limit. So, don't expect to rip full TV episodes or movies. HOWEVER, there's a "Movie Clip" option, a bit tricky to get the exact timing you want, but if you need small clips done for say a video project or you just want to upload your favorite movie scene to something like Youtube, I highly recommend this program. I actually made a couple of short One Piece clips I ripped from my (LEGIT) DVDs using this program:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9XhRzfAEu0
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v22Inay1sUE

Media Convert (Web App)
http://www.media-convert.com/

Need a quick file converted? Don't have a piece of Software conversion on hand? Try Media Convert. A free online converter with a wide array of converting options. Just select the file, and your options (NOTE: If you select one of the profiles on the left it pretty much ignores any other settings you put in). File uploads, coverts and you download the converted file. I actually use this site a lot for my Nico Video rips (FLVs to AVIs/MP4s/NTSC DVD MPGs)

SUPER
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

Need something more off-line? I'm sure if you've ever wanted to convert a file, there are TONS of expensive apps out there. SUPER is FREE. Totally and completely. Interface is a little clunky and crowded, but it works like a charm with tons of options to get the file you need converted JUST right.

Anyway, that's just a start, more to come later.

Lazy and Unmotivated HO!

Sorry about the lack of DeviantArt Saturday and lack of entries on Monday and Tuesday, I've just felt rather unmotivated. I guess I'd feel more comfortable if I didn't try pushing myself to have perfect daily entries. Don't get me wrong though, I still plan on updating this blog way more frequently than my Social blog on Myspace. There really hasn't been any OMG finds or ZOMG MEGATON news lately.

As for DAS, I have an update nearly ready, it's just that both Saturday and Sunday are both busy workdays, and when I get home, I just don't feel like doing more work. Not that it matters much, since I'm sure there aren't a whole ton of people reading this anyway.

Now some stuff from Go Nintendo:

-A blurb about Kirby Super Star DS's extra games.
-Famitsu Review Scores. Nothing really interesting, but I had to mention that SNK's Witch Touching Sim, Doki Doki Majou Shinpan 2 received a 30, which is the highest score they've EVER gotten.
-Siliconera posted that S-E has trademarked "Chrono Trigger: Echoes of Time". Some may think it's possible they're preparing a sequel. Or it could (and most likely) just be a subtitle for the DS port. On one hand, it has to be the latter because if they made a sequel, it would be Chrono _____. On the other hand, maybe S-E knows of CT's rabid fanbase and their disappointment with CC and are calling it CT to appeal to those fans (and to show more of a connection between the DS game and the new game). Siliconera also points out, that S-E did a similar strategy with the Valkerie Profile series. They made an enhanced port and released a sequel soon after. Who knows?
-A couple of subbed trailers for Captain Rainbow, a new Wii game from Nintendo by the same team as Chibi-Robo (never played it I'm afraid). It looks REALLY bizarre in a Katamari meets Warioware kind of way. Also has old school Nintendo characters. Trailers here and here.

I haven't been keeping up on reporting what "The Nerd" (James Rolfe) has been doing lately. I could link a bunch of individual videos, but I'll do something a little broader. He has an account on Spike.com now where his latest "project" the Batathon, a series of Batman Movie reviews is up. And speaking of Superheroes, he's done reviews for Superman games and Batman games located at Gametrailers. I really admire that he can be hilarious and silly for his AVGN videos, but be a serious and enjoyable movie critic at the same time.

Done yet? Nope!

-A funny flash theme about a couple guys singing FF6 music acapella.

-And finally, I have a couple new Nico Video finds. The SSBB Leekspin and a Shadow of the Collossus Caramelldansen.

Time for a Quickie

-Here's an awesomely obscure Gintama parody featuring Last Blade characters.

-Dan and Feilong confirmed for the Home versions of SFIV.

-Don't know if I've ever posted the first one before. A series of hilarious Brawl Machinema mostly focusing on Snake and Sonic. Starting with "You're too slow" from a few months ago, recently followed up with two sequels. "Come on! Step it up!" and "Kirby's Fun Time"

-Hyadain has just uploaded a new song based off Chrono Trigger's Epoch/Silbird theme.

A Better Mega Update

-I know, yesterday's update was rather small. I actually had some video links ready to post, but Youtube was giving me trouble.

-Batman: TAS Complete Collection announced. Normally I'd pass, since I have all the episodes already. But check out that slick packaging. Plus they'll be a couple extra features added.

And for some Nico Video Finding goodness:

-Zetsubo Sensei meets FF8

-FFVII Caramelldansen of animated Randomness

-Lupin III CaramellDansen

-Some new iPod commercial parodies: Here, here, and here.

-Link doing the Caiprinha dance.

-Farewell Yotsuba Sensei

-And here's a series of fanart videos depicting Anime characaters in other drawing styles: Oda (One Piece) doing Haruhi, Takashi Obata (Death Note) doing One Piece Parts 1 and 2, Yugioh in Evangelion as well as various Anime.

Not really "new", but I've added High Quality download links to both Faris parodies, the Meloncholy of Faris (Haruhi) and Faris Star. They're in the description. Yeah the original creators came out with HQ Enhanced versions AFTER I uploaded the originals.

-Oh and finally, Christina Vee, known for her top notch voice work and fan dubbing of several Anime themes into English, has made a set of English Caramelldansen songs including the jarring original, and the more internet common Speedy Cake remix. Video with MP3s here. Also I took her Speedy Cake remix MP3 and dubbed it over the Brawl Caramelldansen, and it came out beautifully.

Mega Update

This is an official "fake" box art for Mega Man 9 that Capcom was giving out as Tshirts at E3. Man, Capcom is really on a roll.

Speaking of MM9, here's the intro, as well as a taste of Concrete Man and Plug Man's stages via the E3 demo.

E3 with Nintendo Bias

Yeah, lots of Nintendo stuff today

-New Screenshots from the DS remake of Kirby Super Star. Release date is September 22.

-New Trailer for Rabbids TV Party.

-Siliconera has a preview of the E3 build of Chrono Trigger DS. PS1 cutscenes, original SNES version, and new translation confirmed!

-New peripheral for Wii annoounced that "enhances" the Wii-remote to give more of a lifelike 1:1 experience. The bundled game will be a new Wii Sports title.

-That's not the only new toy from Nintendo. Oh no! They've announced a new type of Wii Microphone called "WiiSpeak". It's described as like a speaker phone, where multiple users in the room will be able to chat with others. It's primary use will be with the newly announced Animal Crossing for Wii. Gamespot has a couple articles on it here and here.

Forgot this the other day, but here's a subbed intro video for Nintendo's new Wario platformer animated by Production IG. Check out the video responses for gameplay footage.

And now for a Nico Video find, remember that One Piece Nico Medley sung by a Robin impersonator? Well, now that same gal has sung her own rendition of Hyadain's My First Friend. Even tweaked the lyrics to match One Piece.

Vacation Post

Sorry for the long wait for updates. I didn't have time to post that I was on vacation. But I'm back now, and with E3 starting, expect things to return to full swing!

Here's a couple updates I had waiting in the wings, but didn't have time to complete and "publish" as well as some new stuff.

-New Tatsunoko vs Capcom trailer! Beautiful flashy supers abound!

-Nester's nostalgic return to Nintendo Power. Older Nintendo fans will understand.

-New Final Fantasy: Dissidia trailer reveals new characters and Japanese voices.

-A translated interview with Game Musician Sensation, Hyadain.

-Here's something neat. One Piece is listed as the #1 TV Show download, even beating out Lost.

-Another video involving the weird Smash Bros turned Pokemon hack.

-Top it all of with an AMAZING MAD featuring the FFVI cast parodying the FMA Opening and Ending. The YT link also carries a HQ download.

The Return of DeviantArt Saturday: Shino Aburame

So this week, I actually had a grand double artwork update planned , but then my little brother asked me if I could do Shino Aburame from Naruto. Since that's what his friends are into and they're doing the whole "Name your friends after you favorite characters" thing that all the big Anime cliques do. So no problem! Even though I'm not a big Naruto fan myself, let's see what I can find!

Naruto__Shino Cosplay by Jellie

I would say this is an awesome cosplay, except the artists mentions the bugs are photoshopped. Still I think it would've worked quite well if you got tiny specks and glued them on your costume or something.

Final Thoughts: Commenting on the artwork as a whole, these artworks were the only ones that stood out to me. Everything else is pretty standard fare. A lot of it is simply sketches and traces from the Anime. Searches also came out pretty clean, so nothing to worry about there either.

Delays

Sorry for the delay, it's been a bit of a hectic week. There hasn't been a whole lot of news either.

-Batsu (from Rival Schools, YES!) and Tekkaman confirmed for Tatsunoko vs Capcom

-Well here's an allegedly "Insider" leaked pic of Megaman 9. The link also has new rumored details. My thoughts? Probably just a 'shop. I'm sure MM9 DOES exist and will be at E3, but it's all too common for people to take advantage of rumored titles to make their own fake leaks.

And now some Nico Video findings:

-Cool One Piece fanmade iPod commercial.

-My first Danjo video based on FFVI, subbed by me. Expect more from me in the future.

-A PotC MAD using One Piece's We Are. Also, my own version using the English We Are.

The fox is on fire!

Most important news in a while, Firefox 3.0 is out! If you're wondering what's so new and great about it, Lifehacker's got ya covered.

-New Rabbids Soccer promo video and artwork here.

-New scan and and screens from One Piece Unlimited Cruise. Features a new, original character designed by Oda himself.

-New official news regarding the latest PS3 firmware, featuring trophies and an in-game XMB.

-Oh and added at the last moment: New Impressive Sonic Unleashed trailer.

Music Monday

-Found some new musical videos over the weekend including a couple violin pieces from TAM: Final Fantasy Battle Medley, Nico Video Medley (on Violin while blindfolded), and finally, one of the songs from the Fatal Fury Pachislot: JOY JOY JOY!

-New Megaman 9 rumors here.

Friday, June 13, 2008

Behind the Kingdom

-New Bowser's Kingdom after a long time of spinoffs.

-Apparently, Megaman 9 is in development according to a rating of the OLFC (Australia's Rating Board, like America's ESRB), no official announcement yet (maybe for E3?). In any case my only gripes with this are A)It's not Legends 3 and B)Where are the Powered Up Remakes for 2-8 (or at least 2-6).

Retro Find

-Forgot to mention yesterday. Tidus and Jecht officially revealed for Dissidia as the FFX Hero/Villain reps.

-Kind of a "retro find". ScrewAttack's Captain N commentary. Really enjoyable, especially considering this was before the two big founders of ScrewAttack had their big fallout and hasn't been as good since.

-Be sure to check out Amazon's Movie+TV section, as they're having some good sales right now in lieu of Father's Day and.. Gay Pride month. Seriously a ton of movies have that as the reason it's on sale. Don't let it bother you, it's still a good time to buy DVDs.

-Some of my recent Nico Video findings include a MAD parodying FMA's First Ending done One Piece Style, an interesting twist on the caramelldansen with Mario, Okkusenman done by Japanese Internet Violinist TAM, and Transformers Caramelldansen. Oh and not found by me, but there's a really awesome, fan made Haruhi-style Lucky Star Opening. It uses CG and looks just as official as the Hare Hare Yukai used in the PS2 Haruhi Game.

I'm back!

Yep, I've finally, just about gotten over my cold, so I'm back to updatin'

-New Screens and video footage of the new Strong Bad game for Wiiware. Sharp and witty humor abounds!

-Interesting new Wario platformer coming out for Wii. What's so interesting about it? Well it's 2D, NOT Wiiware, and it'll have Anime cutscenes (maybe just the intro and or ending?) done by Production IG. That last bit is extremely interesting as this is probably the first ever 1st Party Nintendo to FEATURE original Anime material in the game itself

-New Angry Video Game Nerd does Star Trek. I actually have fond memories playing the 25th Anniversary game for the NES.

Dead Monday

Sorry for the lack of DAS, I've been sick and busy. Besides no one ever voted in my poll. So no art for you!

-Capcom has set up a poll regarding what classic game you'd like to see on PSN/XBox Live. So far Marvel vs Capcom 2 is winning by a landslide.

-Really awesome Naked Gun parody using the GTIV engine.

-A couple of Nico Video finds including a Pikachu Leekspin and a Phoenix Wright Caramelldansen.

-Check out a hilarious Fanboys Comic with Winnie the Pooh spoofing Team Fortress 2. You don't even have to be a fan or even have to play the game to get it (such is the case with me)

Friday, June 6, 2008

Not so secret...

-The Main Protagonist from Lucasart's upcoming Force Unleashed Star Wars game, will be in Soul Calibur 4.

-Hyadain has a new song out, based off the Dragon Quest IV Casino theme. As always catchy song, we just need subtitled lyrics. Remember, that's him doing ALL the voices, even the girl's (he uses a fancy piece of voice changing software).

-Tenchu IV trailer here for those interested.

-Really extensive interview with SNK here. The big highlights are a Spring 09 Release for KoF XII and the possibilities of a Last Blade 3! The real bad news is they seem to reaffirm that they're "done" with Capcom in the way of crossovers. Maybe like Tatsunoko vs Capcom they can come up with their own, fresh crossover.

OMG HAX!

Nothing much today besides a few cool videos:

-Someone took Zelda's 3D model from Twilight Princess and transplanted it into Half Life 2. It actually looks pretty cool.

-Someone else took their Roomba Cleaning robot, and added LED lights and sounds to resemble Pac-Man. I would totally pay for that.

-Solicitations for Funimation's September schedule are up. Definitely getting One Piece S1V2. Oh and another related OP note. Movie 9 is hitting Japanese DVD July 21st, found this little TV special interviewing a few of the voice actors and showing clips from the movie. The people who have seen this movie have said it very well could be THE best One Piece movie by far. The ultimate "Hook your friends" material. I'm really REALLY hoping Funimation does it next.

Mirror, Mirror

-For the Trekkies out there, there's a new fan collective coming out, this time dealing with Alternate Universes. TVshowsonDVD.com has the scoop.

-New Zero Punctuation covering Oblivion. Clever, witty analogies as usual.

-Download Squad reports of Youtube's new Annotations feature. I actually played around with it in one of my recent uploads (you can see it here) It's pretty neat , useful if you just want to make an extra note in your videos (since 99% of Youtubers don't read the description). I hope they can develop it into something resembling Nico Video where viewers can add their own annotations, because even if I don't understand Japanese it's kinda cool to see what people find funny in say one part over the other, and there wouldn't be a need to reference. Really gives you the feeling you're watching it with several other people.

-Tenchu 4 has been announced via Famitsu as a Wii Exclusive.

-Interesting read here regarding one passionate Sonic fan's recently failed attempt at making an Animated movie. It was apparently going to cater to more of the "classic" Sonic crowd with the unanimously favored SatAM/Comic Book universe, but being stopped dead in its tracks by an overprotective Sega of Japan with a weak "we're using someone else with something else in mind" excuse. Allegedly anyway.

Hey Hey Street Fighter!

New Street Fighter IV trailer here. Also, news that the home versions will get Anime cutscenes. They won't say which studio is doing it, but it looks like Madhouse to me (makes sense considering they worked with Capcom for the Devil May Cry Anime).

-Check out the story page for SNK's new Samurai Spirits/Shodown game on their Hong Kong site. It's in hilariously bad translated Engrish, but at least you can get a good idea of what's going on. Also according to ShadowSonic at S-C, there's apparently a fictional country in the game called "Lesphia" hence the unintentionally hilarious "Lesphian". I wonder if this will be changed for the US version when they realize what that sounds like.

-Capcom just had a gamer day called "Captivate08" Nothing major. Spyborgs looks promising, with its humor. Apparently it's supposed to be a parody of good ol' Saturday Morning cartoons, with the commercials being mini games.

-Latest Nico Video findings include Smashèmon, Final Fantasy Lucky Star, A Haruhi+Last Blade parody, and a really slick Ghost in the Shell Second Gig Opening MAD featuring Haruhi. Even if you don't care about Haruhi (I don't care much for it believe it or not), it's still worthwhile for the music. Rise by Yoko Kanno is pure bliss!

-Oh and wrapping it up with more Haruhi. Here's a sublime Haruhi AMV featuring some catchy Eurobeat. AMV.org download link here. I thought I said I didn't care for Haruhi...whatever.

Starting the Week With a Flash!

Found a bunch of great fan flash including: A hilarious classic Pokemon opening parody: Falcon Punch. Another installment of the Great moments of Yotsuba. And finally, a sequel to Kirbopher's Brawl Taunts, an SSB parody. Honestly, I think it's way better than the first, which was just very WTF-inducing. He also mentions he's working on a sequel to Nin10doh.

-DoA Mastermind Itagaki is leaving Tecmo AND suing them. More info (and statement) here. Personally, I never cared much for the guy, he always seemed so full of himself like Tommy Tallarico, but I still wish him the best.

-A Dragon Quest IV song by Hyadain here. It's been on his Nico Video account for a good long while, but he hasn't posted it on Youtube yet. Strange, because it's quite good.

DeviantArt Saturday: Dazed and KOFused

Sorry, I'm not much up for a full-fledged DAS tonight. Just too tired and not too sure who to spotlight tonight. However, I had an idea for a Shingo Yabuki spotlight, and ran across this guy's page. Good art overall, but check out a series he has going on called "King of Fighters Redux" where he takes the classic characters and gives his own unique twist on their designs. Very Falcoon-eque (boy there's a funny story) He actually has detailed descriptions and what ifs in the description.

Also I thought I'd do something interesting. I found this site here, which lets you make your own post-able Polls, so I thought maybe for next week, I'd choose a list of KoF characters you want me to spotlight next week. The current KoF Redux cast mentioned above mostly consist of some of my top favorite characters, so I thought I'd make the poll around THEM (except for Mai, she's got hundreds of stuff all over the place, it'd be like looking up Tifa or Cloud fanart).

Which KoF character deserves the spotlight next week?
King
Geese Howard
Whip
Kyo Kusanagi
Kula
Joe Higashi
Vice
K'
Blue Mary
Rock Howard
Shingo Yabuki
OTHER (LET ME KNOW DAMMIT!)
